Just wanted to add that St. Alfred's in Chicago had to have at least 100+ pairs. I just wa 1st in line and the amount they had was good to see. From what I heard though they were the only spot to get these in the Midwest.

I am glad you posted these. Since I also came away empty handed on Saturday, the thought has crept up in my mine to custom the sail pinnacles into the OG red colorway.

I won't be surprised if this ends up happening. The odd distribution and random numbers to certain shops seems like something got screwed up. They also could've been testing the waters. Either way, as it stands, they're leaving a lot of money on the table.

That would be the most out of anywhere they released in the world that I know of. Also makes it tough to believe. Don't get me wrong it's not a personal attack but why would they get substantially more pairs than anyone else?

Didn't see the other person's post just above mine about them seeing more pairs at St.Alfred too. Wonder why they got so many?

Yea that's 3x as many as anywhere else in the world I've heard. Maybe that was their red and blue stock together? I know stores already had the blues in too so that could explain it.

I have no idea why they would have more than anyone, but I seen for myself. I had friends who went back in line 4x to get 4 pairs. There was enough to go around.

Is there only one St Alfred? How many Undefeateds are there? Each store got 12 so they could in total have around 100 pairs as well...

So for the 6th Day of March I pulled out the 1997 SC Leathers. (Soleswapped) Glad to have a wearable pair. These are definitely in my top 5.

I would wait just a little while. Someone mentioned the new shape being up on NikeID sometime later in the year after Air Max Day, so maybe there's a chance you can just ID them and not worry about all the customizing especially with having to paint the ousole.

Exactly... and I am size 9/9.5 so my size will be called for early so I would have to be there super early...

It was only red stock. There's only 1 STA, and they are technically the biggest nikelab account in the US.
*loose speculation* but they had been getting sort of dogged lately by local nikelab reps, when corporate Nike caught wind they were not happy... if these really are that limited, this could've been Nike attempting to make it up to the store.

Someone mentioned them having two size 9.5 for sale to the public.
