still having trouble comprehending why 13 is the biggest size for both anniversary releases. if they can make sizes 4-6  why cant they make sizes 14-15? 

just don't get it.  materials cost is so negligable at that level between 13s and 14s and 15s. sure they would be limited like the other sizes but
