I was just about to quote PRIME and say "pretty sure he meant SSJ2 Gohan." He was the strongest character in the manga/anime (and logically so) before Toriyama went full ****** and just started handing out power ups to everyone.

After the mystic unlock his base form was pretty much SS3 at all times.
I will agree that he got stupid pathetic though. All that power wasted since he couldn't even fight, which is exactly why Goku would still lay the hands and Super Buu fed him that L.

We will never know how strong SSJ2 Gohan was, he never took Cell seriously after he took out Android 16.

And Gai did indeed present dem hands to Madara. Night Elephant did some serious damage, think Madara's gonna feel that later. Kishi straight up bit Geppou though. At least OP characters dont have to kill themselves to use it
Oh yea, and Minato's went out like a G in my books. Some great teamwork to get Gai an opening
