Unlimited Blade Works is the "sequel" to zero, so I say watch that. It's just as good as zero. The original F/SN is not as good as UBW is, so I dont recommend that one.

I want to watch the new fate / stay night episode on my tv so I gotta wait for crunchy roll to make it available. Sucks not having a computer. I like fsn but it wasted so much time with some of the high school stuff and I stated before how I don't like how it focuses on only 2 masters. What I liked about fsz was how you learned about a lot of the characters and their stories.

Zero is way better than Unlimited Blade Works in my opinion. The main character in Zero might be one of the realest ___s I've ever seen in an anime. The way he moves and the lack of teenage romance/angst/daily activity made Zero a better watch to me.
That said, Unlimited Blade Works is definitely still worth watching simply on the strength of it being in the same series and also being made by ufotable.
I'd love to spend a day in their studio with a translator so I can watch them completely ignore the parameters of their budget

You cant really compare the two. Fate Stay Night was originally a hentai type game that was eventually adapted to anime.
Zero is more like a companion afterthought piece which expands on the characters background and is taken in a more serious adult tone.
Most people that dont like FSN is because of the main characters being much younger, less violence/tension, and annoying protag. At least this version of UBW is trying to fix that.

Just watched plastic memories. Intriguing show with some humor will keep watching it. Reminds me of s less serious blade runner
And Gunslinger stratos. That first ep was a bit of a mess. it just seemed like a bunch of different Scifi anime themes and nothing to really set it apart. Plus it didn't really make me interested in the possible story

Agreed,
I only watched 4 eps of FsN. and was turned off by it, cool concept.
watched Fate Zero and though def one of the best animes i've watched, his character reminded me of cowboy bebop dude (Just a little)
FSNUBW is awesome as well...only thing i miss is the humor that was in the original FSN with the teacher lady. she had me rolling at times.

I watched angel beats recently for the first time. I can see why people have high on their list but it really didn't do it for me. It was a decent anime, but I wouldn't rematch it.
On another note I just started watching parasyte. I've been waiting for a show like this, especially the story. Im only about three episodes deep, really like it so far.

I kinda like the fighting in kekkai sensen so i think i'll continue with this and the soundtrack is good too
Its only the first episode in and owari no seraph hits me with the feels, I need some clarity on a few things so i'm going to keep watching

Her hands being bound and the way she was positioned had me wondering what the hell they were doing to her. Reminded me of those public humiliation videos with some rough stuff. Weird that emiya didn't even say anything to her.
