I was told long ago that it was unsafe to keep your cell in your front pockets. I have yet to follow this advice though. Take care of yourselves folks, seems like anything can be harmful nowadays.

My question is, does it have anything to do with sperm count?

when i worked at ATT i met a few people who had brain tumors from cell phones. but these were people who have been using phones since the 80s when the radiation levels were much higher. And they had expensive plans so they probably talked on the phone all the time
If your that concerned about it just look for a phone with a low SAR levels. When I was doing research on it ( in terms of smart phones) my HTC touch pro had a low amount and the same with black berry's. Iphones had a pretty high SAR level at the time. that was around the 3gs days i doubt they've improved much since then. Our generation also doesnt talk much on the phone, we all text so I think this is helping the the cause.
