Didn't know that, Nike had a lawsuit against them? I remember they had to stop using the type of air that was going into their air max products cause it hurts the ozone layer or something like that..

I know I went a half size down and took out the insoles to accomadate a splint on a freshly rebuilt ankle I dont trust yet. So maybe thats the reason.

^Also the tongue on those I believe (may be wrong) is not leather/pleather, I want to say they are nylon. I wish I still had me here, but they're sitting in a storage warehouse at my next duty station overseas.

If your referring to the purple pair, I recently picked up a sz 12 at my local Finishline in the clearance rack for $60 bucks about a month ago.
I was surprised them had them. I asked the employee if they had any more in stock and he said one more pair, I think a 9.5 or 10, I don't recall.
It wasn't my size.

The purple house of hoops were exclusive to house of hoops. A purple / blue pair released last year which is what may have been at finishline but it is very different from the HOH exclusives.

comparable to the retro 4, but i i actually think the last round of air flight 89s are more comfortable than the last round of aj4's - better padding & midsole; also closer to the correct shape - so they mold to your better

yea they released those already. got a pair for 60 shipped imo more comfortable than my iv's
the only difference i see compared to the og is there should be color under the white mesh on the tongue its not supposed to be all white.

Copped the red last week.
Put red laces in and they look sweet
Def much better in person than pics show.

to be honest i love nike but never thought that many models were comfy but the flight 89s always were.As im not a kid no more i look for more comfy but still fly kicks.
