If they go 19-0 and set all those records then absolutely. I mean, no team has ever gone 19-0 and going undefeated would mean beating some pretty tough teamsin the playoffs which would throw out the "bad opponents" argument. Besides, elite teams are supposed to beat the lesser teams...they can only playwho's on the schedule. I personally hate the Pats but if they go 19-0 people have to give credit where it's due...
 
Yes. What is the argument for them not being? Only reason people say otherwise is them being too timid to put any current players/teams on pedestals.

people will still use the lack of competition as an excuse. people will say the quality of football was tougher and better in the 70's,80's and 90's than today....people will say that the salary cap does not allow for teams to be great hence competition is weak....all that kind of BSfrom the haters.....i'm already predicting it. people like steve young and stuff will be posing the argument of "Are they really that good if theyplayed in the 70's".....

If they go 19-0, winning the super bowl, then yes... even with all the advantages that are in today's game, you still have to be a legendary team win 19straight.

If they finish it and win it all, sure, i'll give in and say they're the best ever... doesn't mean i'm going to respect them for some of theirantics or the way they've carried themselves, but i'll acknowledge that no more dominant team has ever played a season together. Does it really matter?It's not really a measurable statement...

Any bills team from 90-94 will merk them.........(shameless home team plug) naw there the best team of this era. I dont even try to compare teams from the pastto many factors.
 
wrong place to be asking this. for all 25 year olds or younger, to us YES. to older fans and educated fans of the game, HELL NO.

i don't see how thinking that the colts, steelers, and chargers all had a chance to beat them makes us haters, but ok
