You can also use your btc or eth that you got from coinbase and use shapeshift or changelly to turn your btc or eth into other coins. When you visit the sites they will show what coins they offer. Shapeshift seems faster than changelly
keep in mind you need a erc20 token wallet to send these new coins to. I believe you can also send directly to an exchange if that exchange has a wallet address for deposit.

just curious are you planning to hold for long term or you plan to cash out once you see a decent profit? i think we could test .00009-.00010 again but thats just my opinion. if you are a long term holder maybe look to buy more in that range to lower your average

presale for the civic ICO is 50k and whatever left from that will go to crowdsale of civic ICO. presale is just to get in early and guarantee tokens. like angel investors
