It was a hit in sneakerhead circles when it released and it’s coming back again. Here’s a CounterKicks exclusive first look at Spring 2012 styles in the Nike Air Max+ 2009.

Previewed in four colorways:
- Action Red/Action Red
- Varsity Royal/Varsity Royal
- Court Green/Court Green
- Black/White/Black

Nike Air Max+ 2009 features all the essentials of the original release including a Flywire supported upper and 360 Max Air unit. The shoe falls casualty to rising footwear industry commodity costs and freight however, with Nike raising the price on the 2012 rendition of the AM2009 to a $170 price point.

x2!  Especially for such bland colorways.  I guess the only ones that are going to really suffer are the retailers.

yes, 2009s sold EXTREMELY well and were some of the best selling shoes of 2009.

yes, 2009s sold EXTREMELY well and were some of the best selling shoes of 2009.

Time to go in again. I couldn't stand the 2010, and my 2011 get worn sparingly compared to the 09's. I can see myself copping all 4.

All my 2009's are beat,so I'm happy there bringing these back out..but I need to see better cw's,those up there just don't do it for me..maybe a black/neon cw would be nice..I feel the 2009's are one of the best in the air max series,& one of the few Newer models that fall in close lines with the 90's,95's,& 97's..these will be around for awhile.
