Appreciate all the comments and reps on the red devils. I remember getting them soon as I saw em on ccs (back near the beginning of me starting my SB collection). One of my fav. pairs in my closet. Maybe I'll try tracking down the Vamp lows(I think that's what they're called) one of these days. and @verse001 I hit you with that rep I owed you from yesterday bro. lol

Very underrated shoe - but the details on the tongue and the quilt stitching made this my first SB since the Purple Pigeons.

Already have the Civilist but repped for info - wish I bought a sz 14 rather than 13.

I still see a 7.5 and 14 still up -- from my experience and what other have been saying on this thread, don't be afraid to size up on this since the toebox is ***TIGHT***.

I wear 13s in most shoes and have wide feet -- and my sz 13 Civilist hurt my toes -- stuffed the toebox with socks to help loosen them up, it's still tight but bearable as long as I'm not going for long walks.  Hope it breaks in more, but a pretty rugged toebox - will take a long time.

Have some sz 13 Baos waiting for me to pickup - hope they fit more TTS.

That's the strangest thing to me. While most everyone agrees with you and says they run extremely tight in the toebox, my Civilists are a 10 (my true size) and they're not as bad as I expected.

Yeah I went with my true size as well in a 13 and they were fine with me if anything the waxed laces made the shoe feel really tight at first but I was fine afterwards

Hmm - interesting.  Maybe it's my wide feet (forefoot/toes are wide - a.k.a. typical Asian feet - most Nikes run snug for me) or factory variations.  I find most New Balances a far better fit -- I'm actually pretty comfy in some sz 12 NBs (sz 12 NBs usually fit for width for me, but not always in length).

But I must say, my sz 13 Purple Pigeons were snug but I broke them in after a few wears -- and sz 13 non-SB dunks fit fine.  But the Civilist was the most uncomfortable shoe I've had in a long time.

Well I bought mine for $120 shipped which at the time (not sure what they go for now since I've stopped hunting them down) was a good price for a DS pair. My preference would have been a 10.5 as I've found 10.5's in hi's for the FTF boxes and tiff boxes to be just a little roomier since I've got wide (fat) feet so just to be safe, I'd say go a up half.

I have a 12, my true size is probably a 11.75 but after removing the laces and lacing on foot they fit great, my 510's are much tighter
