I gots a new job though guys that has me away from the computer most of the time, so I prob can't post as frequently.

Hold down the fort though! :D

true. don't the blue box highs fit a little loose? especially after breaking in?  my one pair i have does. knicks.
All my earlier dunk highs do feel a bit loose as a 10.5. I'm thinking I should've bought them in a 10's instead. I was actually offered those same Thai Temples a while back, but had to decline due to me downsizing to those that I really, really want. What makes me think twice about passing on these is that they can be had for real good deal. Most others are asking as much as twice that ddash is asking for.

No clue, I have 2 blue boxes, but they're both lows. They seem to be a bit more loose, but living in Canada, it's a pain to get shoes here, and if for whatever reason they're a little tight, I know I won't wear them, and there's no SB market here at all to sell em in. So I'd rather not take the risk, trust me I've thought about it though!

And speaking of blue boxes..... Finally got my Gino 3s that I copped for a steal in my hands, had em at my buddies place that lives near the border and snags my eBay purchases for me.

So, the box from the Gino's is long and skinny, while the box for my loons is the regular dimensions that all my other SB boxes are (the tape ones and the new teal and half and halfs). Both size 11. Is this normal?

A little bit of variation is fairly normal but that's getting a bit too big of a difference to shrug off as production variation. I hate to say it but box size differences that big are usually a sign of fakes. At least it works that way with J's. The shoes don't have any noticeable problems or defects? And how much of a steal?

I think they ended up being 80 shipped. Shoes look mint, no defects, lettering on the back matches my loons. Paper on the inside is right. Even came with a receipt under the paper in the bottom of the box that's really faded (it's old) that matches up too. Has a product tag from the store on the box, as well as the MRSP tag still on it. These don't seem like things fakes would have. Quality is definitely on point too, they feel real nice, stitching is good. I know when I copped them and posted on here, lots of other people had their eyes on the same auction as well, nobody thought they looked like fakes.

Strange, right?

never have, never will. When I first started copping seriously, I set a $200 limit on myself. To this day I still adhere to it. A shoe is only worth what you want it to be and to me anything over 200 is too sweet for my blood. Thats why I never understood why people ask others question like "whats the goin rate for these?" , "I'm thinking about this trade offer, should I do it?", or "what are these worth?"
nice philosophy
