So that auction I won the Captain America's from on eBay.

Auction ended on the 6th and i paid immediately. Asked seller on Monday to send me tracking info when available. They apologized for the delay and said would be mailed Tuesday. I sent another message yesterday asking if item had been shipped yet. Seller responded last night saying there was an error in processing the shipping label from eBay and it will now be shipped this coming Monday the 16th. To me 10 days after auction ends to ship when it said delivery between 11-15th is unacceptable.

Am i out of line here in wanting to file a complaint?

Monday is a holiday so you'll have to wait an additional day :\ It is kind of unacceptable though from the seller

I get his point; most new kids will look at these and think "booorrriinnngggg." Even if you pull back previous consumers it wouldn't be enough to make a huge splash. They look like some reg. **** you could ID for a fraction of the cost.

116 positive but upon closer inspection all as a buyer.

No you're not. How bad do you want the shoes? I think sellers do stuff like this when they really don't want to sell the shoe especially if the price went for the low. I had a seller like this once and I finally got the shoe almost a month later. It was ridiculous. I finally got the item, but the shoe wasn't worth all the hassle tbh.  I'd just file a complaint and ask for a refund and hit them with that neutral or negative.

I feel neutral feedback is in order regardless. I'm considering requesting a partial refund. I want the shoes in hand first at that price.

The paris dunk retro seems a little over the top in my opinion. The cocnept behind the original release would be worthless if that happened. I am not against retros to a certain extent. Shoes like pigeons, londons, tokyos, supremes etc I think should be exempt from that list. The nostalgia of nike sb in those early years would be nothing after the high reproduction of them with all these re-sellers buying anything they can to make a buck. N

Wheat Forbes highs or Paul brown highs for a retro would be great.
Barfs or Supa's would be great for low retro.
They aren't going to do anything like supremes Paris wtd. No zoo Yorks,or chocolate.
Materials will probably suck though.
