On another note. Just got my pair of prod ones and god damm are they uncomfortable. So ******* narrow on the inside of your feet not to mention that weird hump when your foot archs . anyone else think the same?

Prods being narrow is how I've felt for a while, I only ever picked up the 2s in that white/cement color way and even going a full size up they always felt really awkward to wear. I've tried on later models but never really liked the look, and I wasn't into the shoes when the 1s were out.

The 7s were pretty damn narrow as well, which was too bad cause I loved the silhouette.

That's kinda wild.. I went down 1/2 in my first pair of P-rod 2s and skated them right out of the box. They were pretty tight but loosened up a lil. I wore them practically untied.
I'm an 11 in every other SB, I can't image wearing a 10.5 in dunks

Yeah man, you're not the only one. I got my pair in yesterday. Slapped them on and was immediately sad face. The missing stuffed tongue was expected but I didn't expect so much stiffness from the heels and sidewalls. Almost zero cushioning. They are narrow but nothing a little break-in period won't fix. Super bummed about the lack of cushioning in the shoe though.

I had em in cart, went back and forth for 15 minutes, finally made the decision to cop, and they were sold out.

Honestly a lot of people in here claimed the patent left something to be desired, but I don't find it any worse than what's on standard XIs today. Maybe a little thinner. I've only worn one of my pairs a bunch of times and they still look great. Granted a lot of that patent is white, so I do have one scratch I couldn't get out on a cleaning, but that kinda goes without saying on a material like this that is white. It's probably my bias, but I love that shoe. I just think the idea and execution went well together. I wore them to several football and basketball games since they come out and I always get compliments. Some people even think they are Jordan 1s, then are surprised that they are SBs, and even more surprised they have the patent leather.

I mean fore sure they will loosen up after a few good wears. but it's nothing like putting on a dunk from 05 or 04 for the first time. there just like walking on clouds and now its like walking barefoot on the rocks

Thanks for the feeback i was always afraid it would crease horrendously the first time i wore them and that held me back, but these will be in the rotation this summer. They do look just like UNC 1s tho minus the wings. I think thats what drew me to them the most.
