Everybody can get a pair........Just some have to pay resell prices to get them, lol

Alot of these guys paid over retail for them anyway. They just know they can sell them for even more over what they paid for them.

Offer a kid walking out the door an extra $100 and they`ll take it 9 out of 10 times. Turn around and sell the shoes for $360(at the lowest) and they`ve made an easy $100 off of one shoe.

Agreed man. IMO the worst are the people who rub salt in the wound with "I got my 5th pair" posts. Does nothing to contribute and just adds a different mentality to the thread.

Got em. Snatched an 11.5. gonna sell my sz 11 locally. There is only one skate shop around town and they dont get anything at all.

I called them on launch day and they held my 10.5
was able to cop 1st pair on SNKRS.
Still on the fence if im going to sell locally or keep for myself

Honestly though this thread has helped me a million times more vs the JB thread. People acting like animals to make $$. I will never pay over retail for a pair of Jordan I. Big ups to rapcoz2134 dude has helped me get about 70% of the dunks I've bough this year. They need more people like you in the JB thread

Yup, you either want to get your normal size or a half size up. I tried them on at the store.

I get what youre saying.

to be honest im never into anything like that in terms of novelty trinkets with shoes nor would i usually wear them but i feel like it was such a cool idea.

but my biggest factor was my lack of "wow" when i got the BTTFs in person, for me underwhelming and these locks made me appreciate the shoe and nostalgia of it.

i totally agree.

putting on the stickers was tricky.

i used tweezers to help just in case you havent done yours yet.

yea this would be the only 2nd pair of lacelocks i own (got the scheme lacelocks for blk firecrackers)...I haven't got the lacelocks in yet, prolly end of this week/early next week, but thanks for the heads up...to be honest I haven't even gotten the pair yet lol (I'm trying to hold off on resellers to see if I can get lucky online). If can't then will get a pair off ebay

He's right, I don't think it's a good price but again I can't stress enough (others may agree as well), a "good" price can only be determined by the buyer. We can tell you what a good price is but it doesn't necessarily mean you're going to find it for that price. If you truly want the shoe and that price is fair to you, pull the trigger.

I remember being in this thread seeing people talk about fair prices for a certain SB I wanted, found the size I wanted for a little higher price (that I NOW think was fair), decided to pass and keep searching and ended up missing out on them all together. You live and you learn though.

There's like 4/5 shoes that'd I'd over pay for without a thought but overall I try to get a good deal.

But I'd pay top dollar for Heinekens, Sharks, and Frags. Probably some other stuff too
