Still looking for a single blue lace for my Grail dunk lows. Just need 1 lace please someone help me out ill pay for it.
My pair didn't come with blue laces. not sure if they'll be able to find one. Their Twitter said no more partial refunds due to abuse. I think I'd have to send them back or deal. If rather deal since I like them.

Yeh I just saw that they are not giving partial refunds.  The problem is that what if I want to keep my shoes?  I can live with the deformity but I do feel some compensation is in order.  I shot them an email.

I think the problem was that some were trying for a refund and to resell the same shoe. The gold paint marks on the shoe are also irrelevant imo since they rub right off with a damp rag or even thumb. The deformities though are real on some. And the lace staining I don't think will come off, I might try oxiclean.

I did notice a few gold paint marks but those are not much of a concern as like you said they can be taken off.  I will use some mgk shoe cleaner and if that doesnt work I will try a magic eraser.  There can be nothing done about the deformity.  If they will not refund for them well then I guess I am just stuck with them because I don't see them being able to replace them.  They will be worn nonetheless.

The funny/messed up thing about this whole Concepts situation is that Concepts is taking, I imagine, a decent negative hit from all of this, while, and correct me if I'm wrong, collab or not, Nike makes the shoes themselves. So bad for Concepts, but Nike sort of gets a pass.

That is true.  I would even settle for some store credit for the deformity on my shoes.  I mean they are dealing with Nike so they have to take that up with Nike.  I guess most folks are looking at it like since they bought it from Concepts its on them.

concepts still released the sneaker after seeing the quality. With their name attached. But nike wont suffer it is too big.

Its ok, I'm sure Concepts is passing the buck right up the ladder to Nike.

the boxing issues aren't nike's fault since they dont provide the special packaging and paper.

but all the warped toe box, hunch back of notre dame looking stained glass highs will definetly help Concepts get a partial credit back from Nike from that order.

All the shipping and operation issues are on Concepts though, so at the end of the day they 2 of the 3 major issues with this release are still on their hands.

CNCPTS is so messed up that they are only helping people who contact them through twitter. How about my email and paypal message since monday? I am not going to make a twitter account just for this. they can come get their money and dispute it through paypal. very bad customer service.
