Pretty much. I don't know if the cassette tape is what holds the laces/lace locks or any other extras that blacksheep plans to throw in, but I gotta agree to the fullest and say the shoes are very underwhelming. I think for the most part, we were all just expecting greatness and these are a "meh" pair. I just can't get over that fake Gucci print that says SB lol..guess they were serious when they said "DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE" :rofl:g

@darthpolak Do you have any reason to think it might be? Good luck with the doctor's appointment, I hope you get some good news. Nice wear, I should put my blue laces back into my pair. It looks too bland with the grey.

Try white laces also. I got white in mines and it works very well with the white contrast stitching in the midsole.
 
Just dropped into the Norfolk Naval exchange and they have the black/game Royal Dunk high SB's...$79.99 (no tax of course) FULL SIZE RUN (8-14)

Fellow service members check your exchanges. I've been seeing so many decent releases in mine.

BTW the quality is amazing on these! Sheesh.

Just that little touch of them writing your name to the "Thanks" just makes all the difference. And I swear all my shipments from them always ends up having the best quality shoe...hell even the wrapping paper inside the shoe box is un-ripped for all the shoes that premier have shipped me.
