I agree with you about that era, the Maestros, AFM, Flight Lites, Flight 89s, Swifts, all had that certain look. The Nike Shox Xplosives that came out a fewyears ago were designed in much the same vein IMO.

Every time I see the Black/Red/White Swifts, i go back to when Pip banged on Ewing. I just keep replaying that in my head....off to find it on YouTube.

You know, it is really sad that I was on NikePark for three years and came here when it first started, and I had no clue the history or who startedthis board.
