IDK if they should pay him $6mm for 7 years...but he's gotta look at the big money deals they've handed out to a fair amount of guys who lacked the heart and leadership he has and wonder why they don't pony up. Doubt they'll even get an NHL ready guy back either.

He's older, but Jason Chimera is one of the best/fastest skaters in the league...I'd probably put him in the top 10/15.
Like I said...3 fastest to me are Karlsson, Grabner, and Stalberg.

If I were to pick 2-3 Duchene would be considered for sure. Is he a shoe in? No. But it's hard to quantify speed without a stop watch. We are going off what we see in game. I believe cogliano(?) from ANA is extremely quick as well. It's hard to say who are the bona-fide top 3 fastest/quickest skaters. I think hags is up there for sure since he has that speed challenge under his belt.

In shero we trust. Time to get busy at the deadline. Letang was a bum anyway but i still wish him a speedy... ish recovery. To be my age n stroke is crazy. Esp under that kinda medicalvattention with his heart and everything. Doctor fail. Get well, slowly kris.

Just heard the news about Letang, that's crazy
. I never knew someone who is only 26 could have a stroke. I am hoping he's able to make a full recovery.
