I 100% WANT PK to the be the face of the league. Montreal would be stupid to let him go, and while I do think he'll sign a mega deal to stay, if there is a slight chance that he does leave, he needs to play in a huge hockey market here in the States. His skill/personality is a perfect fit for NY.

Once the Caps get their GM, I think Barry Trotz is going to be the coach. Not for nothing, I'd be willing to bet that either Alzner or Carlson will make the jump into the elite if Trotz is hired. And by elite, I mean a top-5/10 defenseman. My guess is that Carlson would be the one out of the two to do it.
