As much as I love Kings and bums in the same sentence that is just wrong. What the Kings have proven in this playoff so far >>>>>>>>>>> what the Hawks have done. The Hawks got lucky this year with the new playoff format. Under the old one they would have had to play San Jose in the 1st Rd and LA in the 2nd.

Ill admit the Hawks have had an easier path in the playoffs and alot of you guys dont like them, but you guys have to give the Hawks a little credit. Corey Crawford has usually been unstoppable these playoffs and Kane/Toews is one of the best scoring duos in the NHL. Tbh, the Hawks and Kings are pretty evenly matched so this should be a hell of a series.

This win was big for the kings.
The most they scored in a game against Crawford was 3 last playoffs and Chicago has had their number, even in game 3 last season it was a struggle to get that win.
To come back down 2-0 is huge considering those circumstances. The kings penalty kill stepped up, especially on that brief 5 on 3 Chicago had.
Now hopefully they go home and take these next 2 and keep the momentum rolling.

The game totally changed after Quick robbed Seabrook on that attempt near the net...also, how the hell did that one shot not get in the net for the Hawks!! I seriously thought they scored there

i think it's safe to say the kings and hawks are the two best teams left.
rangers are potentially dangerous off the strength of henrik though.
on a random note, i got free rangers tickets from the nhl store on a couple of occasions that they were giving out on the day of games to customers. i highly doubt they would do it for the playoffs but who knows.

Ill admit it and will fess up, i was heated af from the loss when i typed that bum comment, but really both teams are pretty evenly matched. I was foolish to think this series would be a cakewalk. You guys have to realize how frustrating that loss was to digest as a Hawks fan
Kings won a game that definitely was against the odds and ill give them props for that. Game 3 should be really competitive.
