PK gunna get his 8.5 in arbitration. Shea got 7.5 coming off a season in which he didnt lead his team to the ECF. Hadnt jus won a Norris. And isnt the leagues leading scoring dman over the past 2 seasons (karlsson injury)

Evander had a decent year considering the injuries he dealt with, messed up his hand in a fight and missed almost 20 games. If he spends most of the season on a line with Mark Scheifele and Blake Wheeler expect big things from all of those guys, they played together for a couple game and the speed was unreal :pimp:


Also :wow: at the PK signing. After it went to arbitration I thought Montreal in trouble I guess they came to their senses and made him a real offer :lol: I was talking about it yesterday with a couple of my buddies, one of which is a big Habs fan and we all thought he would get around $7 million per season

Evander Kane will be great once he gets out of Loseapeg. Don't see him succeeding again until then.

7? Hell nah... Look at the contracts of weber, letang, suter, doughty.... niskanen, orpik. Ppl are getting paid finally in the NHL. Good. The cap should keep going up as far as im concerned.

Id been hearing arbitration was gunna go to almost 9 for the single season. So his team concluded thats what hes worth and boom. Pks team had all the leverage in the world because of how redic well hes played since the bridge.

Hope he wears the C

Unless something with this situation changes dramatically Evander's not going anywhere.
Thats partially because he's really good so we'd like to keep him and partially because I'm pretty sure our GM doesn't actually know how to trade :lol:
 
Off topic, but I'll be in Manitoba coaching volleyball in September. We have a few Manitoba boys on our team and they hate Winnipeg and Brandon with a passion.
