Caps will get their **** together....that save Hiller made on Wilson with less than a second left in regulation was
I'm really not worried about this team....they've got it in them to go on a 5+ game win streak.
*Mark Giordano might be the most underrated defenseman in the league. Love what he brings to the table. However, dude looked shook as hell when Tom Wilson yanked him out of that scrum
Wilson is a ******* problem. He, Ovechkin, and Backstrom look REALLY good out there.
Trotz loves Willy, we're hoping he can stick with Backy & Ovi because he really is a great fit on that line IMO.

yeah....Trotz (this summer) said he wanted Wilson on the top line. Dude has 3 points in 2 games since being promoted. People always compare him to Lucic, but I think Wilson is more skilled. His skating has improved 100x since he left Plymouth. He's real fluid out there. Hopefully he can stay healthy and score 15+ this year and build off of it. Backstrom and Ovechkin will get him a lot of chances. He had two great ones last night, but Hiller was on his game.

And then we lose on a Datsyuk penalty....
And I can't believe that extension for MAF. He's having a great year, but his playoff performances have obviously been jokes recently. Also, the Pens already have a TON of money committed on their cap sheet. Gonna lose a lot of depth from a team thats already lacking in that department.
