Ducks revamped retros

Damn still butthurt with Flames passing on Olli Maata. That top 4 would be more passable with Gio, Brodie, Doug, and Maata :frown:

Man, I've loved Marleau since about NHL '09. I would always crack up when I scored with him because he looked so much like a random *** dad in his pic. Between him, Blake, Heatley, Couture, Pavelski, Thornton, Boyle, Demers and Vlasic I was unstoppable in that game. I would love to have him in Dallas :lol:

Just missing that team from last year where we could just punish teams in the 3rd and close out games. Thought we got over the hump with our little win streak but it hasn't looked pretty since then.

Good to see the pens win although our powerplay is still an abomination. Also hopefully sid got untracked bein filthy in the shootout. Dunno how keepers dont knowwww hes going to the backhand 9 times out of 10 on the shutout. His only other shootout move is to go 5 hole

Yeah, this team probably isn't going to win any OT games all year. Not enough skill AND speed. Kesler and Rakell are pretty much the only guys who fit that bill.

All in all though, considering how god awful they've been outside of Fowler/Andersen/Vatanen they are still only 5 points out of tops in the division. They'll be just fine if Getzlaf takes his head out of his *** and they can make Bieksa disappear off the face of the planet. Dude makes me want Sbisa back.

They also desperately need a real goal scoring top 6 LW. Whether that's Marleau/JVR/whoever. They aren't winning in the playoffs at all without one.

You dont trade a guy to your rival unless your sure hes washed or youll get hella assets back. Neither is the case.

Sounding like they might not have any choice. It's not like the Sharks/Ducks haven't made trades with each other before. Once upon a time, this guy named Teemu got traded to SJ. Probably also doesn't hurt Murray and Wilson are best friends dating back to their playing days.

The fact they are divisional rivals won't stop a deal from happening, if Marleau actually wants out, like it seems he does. Neither the Rangers or Kings has the cap space to take him on. So he either expands his list, stays a Shark, or the Ducks become the most realistic possibility.

Really love how Fowler's playing this year especially with Lindholm really taking a step back, and I really thought Bieksa was going to be revitalized in Anaheim....boy was I wrong

 I cringe anytime he's on the ice. 

I'd  love Marleau on this team, and if Boudreau can stop messing with the lines, our top 6 should be legit to make a push into the season.

What an insult to Kool-Aid. I really hope they trade him and then make a run at the Cup. One of the most overrated players of our generation. And now he wants to ring chase because he's tired of freezing in the big moment for the Sharks. Oh what a *****.

I can't ******* stand him :lol:
 
Finally watching this third period, man the Oilers and Ducks just poured those goals on quickly. Edmonton is such a fun team to watch.
