***OFFICIAL FILA THREAD***

I was hoping that Eastbay scan would have a pic of these Filas I had from the early '90s. No idea on their name now. Mid-cut, all black nubuck, FILA logo on the tip of the toe, but not a "bouncy" looking one, just straight. No strap. Got them in 1992 from memory. Have hunted around for them, but no sign online thus far.

The search will continue!

If only! No, not them. The placement of the FILA on the toe is right, but the style of it was like the one on the tongue of the Runballs.

They were probably more of a casual shoe rather than a basketball shoe. No real technology involved. Very simple.

But thanks for the cool Runball pics. They were a nice shoe. I loved the big tongue on shoes back then.

Aaaaahhhh. Thats probably the shoe I confused, it with...right on right on.
 
Update on my Fila search. Looking through old photos found a scan of this one from '93. Shoes are super hard to make out, even though I was apparently 20 years ahead of the game with joggers! (And pretending to be Tupac while very white and very Australian).

Maybe someone can identify from this, but I won't hold my breath!

How's the sizing on the Stack 2s? I usually wear an 11.5 in sneakers. I know some Filas run small so wondering if I'm good with the 11.5 or do I need to go up?

Those are REALLY NICE. I wonder how what this model will do for Fila's image. They look modern enough to pull in younger folk.

Wow, I cant even believe that most sizes of the new Mindbender colorway are gone on FILA.com, including my size, oh well...

My guess is they just made these in full sizes, which is why you see all the half sizes gone and all full sizes available
 
Ha really, what the heel, so people with half sizes can go suck it, that makes no sense.
