Air Jordan Trunner Appreciation Thread

In the most recent release of the Air Jordan Trunner LX 2011,it brought back many memories of the original LX back in 2000-2001.I had 2 particular colorways of the LX in middle school,& when they were recalled I returned both of them for store credit & purchased the Air Jordan XVI.One of my biggest regrets.But regardless of my experience,I composed this thread to bring everyone and anyone who has any love for the trunner line,and share any pictures,memories,or your experience with this particular model in the jordan era.Whether it be the LX,alpha,swift,alpha boot or whatever trunner it was for you,this thread is for you.enjoy...

Absolutley love these shoes. The LX are my favorite. Much appreciated!!!

I would love to get my hands on a pair of the white leather with black patent accented joints. I think they were a FA exclusive back in the day.

I had the 1st joint in highschool.

The metal part in the back SLICED a kids ankle & they recalled the shoe.

I believe it's more of a cross training shoe,I wore it to the gym alot mainly because it was light & it was one of the most comfortable shoes of it's time.I can't speak for the other trunners,but I tried running long distance in my LX numerous times & each time the small strap along the side would rub and cut against my ankle which was very uncomfortable.I heard of people ductaping it down though & that seemed to do the trick but yeah wouldn't advise these for running anywhere

I know, its like this shoe dosent even exist anymore. I wanted to post one in this thread but I couldnt find a single pic anywhere on the web.
