No, they've never been released. There are some blueprints or something floating around the internet that supposedly have the shoe aiming for 2014 or 2015 or something like that. Some of the more faithful believe it.
Thing is, it's not a real shoe. It was a prop for a movie.
Not only is it impractical despite its looks, there would be no way to really regulate the shoe internally. At least not without making it stiffer than a ski boot and heavier than a Chevy.
As for a release, it's a pipedream. They could theoretically release a shoe that looks 95% like it but you can bet it's going to have laces and not self adjusting straps, so you'd better get your practice in.
There have been homage colourways of different models of course, but closest you'll likely see is this:
