Official FUTURE A1/FBG Thread

Never Forget is so gah damn hard.

Jon Boi been getting slept on, he's been lacin' up Rocko with bangers for a minute, glad he was able to contribute to [emoji]9748[/emoji]️[emoji]9748[/emoji]️[emoji]9748[/emoji]️

Deadass. Easily my favorite track on the tape followed by Purple Reign. Jon Boii need to lock Future in the studio for a tape of their own

Wicked is too damn cold, definitely the best song on there. Wish it was longer, and wish it was on the latter half of the tape, cause even though there's a lot of good songs on here, nothing touches that one

Had an interview this morning. (Who schedules an interview on MLK day :smh: ).....decided to give this the whip test....and man, this is the one. Y'all gon rank this pretty high after a while.

Full suit and tie on....idgaf. I was shaggin and dragging....hitting the bird flu and avenue in the car on my way to and from the interview with this bumping loudly. IDC mane . Killed the interview too :pimp:.

Congrats bro

@Willchamberlain you're my bro too. You actually know what Future sounds like. I gave this Purple Reign 2 spins and was vastly disappointed. Again these are my opinions and I'm not trying to press them on anybody but I'm sick of the frontin. People wanna act like everything that future drops is hot because it's what the "in" crowd is bumpin. Social media got some of y'all lookin years late. This mans music is on the decline. As one of the biggest future fans once upon a time, as someone who has smoked with this man as well as DJ Esco and Cory B in plenty of venues I've hosted I can tell you this man is about his money now. The passion for the music isn't there anymore. If you like the Atlanta rap scene and the gritty tone of it then you know that Thug is next to blow up. Future wants tour money and album sales. He will make radio jams at the cost of alienating his real fans that were beefing it up with him back when he was rapping about selling mid and calling himself Rocko's little brother.
Take this rep!

Thug is my favorite artist out of ATL right now. I knew once i heard him on Gucci Mane's Legendary WW3 tape (August 2013), Thug was the future of New ATL.

Cant wait for YRN2 to release tonight

. Going to peep it, while I do my taxes.

What's upsetting you is the fact that the masses have caught on to future and he's not a secret gem anymore, the Weeknd fans did the same thing once the masses caught on to him. Purple reign is on par with all the other music future has put out, unless you prefer the never end or turn on the lights type future.

Oh and thug has been next to blow for 3 years now  he's signed to 6 different labels so where's his official release?

Repped as well. Some of these cats don't know but you know what's up fam. Remember all these post a couple months from now when Gucci gets out of jail. Social media is already obsessed with street music culture and you got the king of street music getting out of jail. The memes and everything. The only artist he's gonna work with out the clank is gonna be Thug...watch how many sheep swear they were thug fans out the gate. Remember a lot of these user names, promise you'll get a good chuckle.

Truth be told I've always wanted future to blow but I wanted the masses to be forced to accept his sound. He gave up on his original sound and invaded Becky and Susan's iPods with hooks, "Woke up in a new Bugatti", "Make em tap out, tap out", "I won me a trophy" he them gives us Monster, Beast mode and 56 nights almost as a wink and nod to his core fans to say he still has it but isn't focused on that sound anymore and turns right back around and does a mix with America's sweet heart. The same ***** that didn't show up to the Tony Montana video shoot, the same ***** that kicked him off his tour...he snuggled up to drake cause he wanted that fame. And that's when he lost me. Literally drove to work listening to "ain't no way around it" and "championship music" and damn near shed a tear. Hearing his **** now and then is like two different artist. That's what I can't respect. Sold out the dudes who held you down in the streets for mainstream America to love you instead of making mainstream America forced to hear you...

Post your favorite future video pre "3 peat"

They don't any songs before 2014 fam, don't bother...

 you and this high horse thing you got going on oh "I like the real future " lookin ***

Truth be told future was probably bigger before 2014 than he is now
Move that doh, honest, never end, turn off the light, racks on racks (yc but future stole the show) were all bigger and charted higher than everything he's releasing now

Idk how dudes that honestly listened to Future when he came out can say he sold out with the 3peat, DS2 and especially Purple Reign which is pretty much the B-side of Ds2.

Like I can understand if you say WATTBA....but 5 of the 6 Future projects he's dropped have been straight gutter sht .
