Got my full length Zoom insoles in...
400

Planning to try them out on the track in the next day or two... [emoji]128064[/emoji]

First impressions just walking around... They're super bouncy. I'm not sure how it'll translate to running... I definitely wouldn't wear them for comfort though.

For reference, they're underneath a LunarEclipse insole.

I was going to ask if you gotten the insoles. So do you think there to bouncy for running purposes? I was thinking bouncy might translate into a super responsive ride. Keep us posted on the results once you've test them out.

Havent ran in almost a week and im itching to get a couple miles in. Probably will do a mile or two on Thursday to get into the groove agaib. Calf is feeling better though.

Started running again recently after a long hiatus. Getting into the habit and adapting to running again is so brutal initially . Props to all the runners in here.

How do you guys get loose or warm up? Do you go into a run cold or do you have something in particular that you do?

I don't stretch as much as I probably should.  I do prefer dynamic stretches to static ones, but I feel silly doing butt-kickers in my living room.

Ran 8 today, and man, was it humid.

Seen the Vomero 9 at the outlet for a decent price yesterday. Was tempted to grab a pair as they had a fsr...

Thanks, y'all! Hopefully, we can work out something :nerd:

I just stretch for about five minutes. Once I get running, I start off slow and try build up after every mile.

How are flyknit racers to run in? Interested in a pair and usually only run in peg 31s.

I enjoy really enjoy running in them! You'll probably have a nice/FAST transition from your Pegs.

Pegs 31 are the truth. All my runs are faster in my Pegs than in my lighter shoes. That responsive cushioning have your feet propelling forward with every stride. Great shoe.... comfy and fast.... lol at me being hesitant to wear them when I first got them.

Aesthetically, the 32s look better to me, but they do have the same sole. I'm sure you can get the 30s at an even better deal.
