RUN with US on INSTAGRAM #NTrunning (NikeTalkRunning)

I was going to order from there tonight lol

Trying to decide between hot lava and wolf grey? Which Cw do you guys prefer

I have the Hot Lava, if youre gonna run in them primarily I would grab those since the dirt wont show as much. Wolf Greys are sick too though.

Havent been running at all (over a month) due to me trying to bulk up. I should be doing a mile here and there for cardio but I havent. Hopefully ill get back at it soon. Rolled my ankle today playing ball so that sets me back even further. Smh

Keep at it though fellas!!!

I definitely want those Wolf Grey/Volts to rock casually.  I'll get whichever colorway hits clearance to run in.

Wow just tried this code with the Vomero 10 and they came out to 93.40. Wow wow wow that's a steal....

Really tempted to buy a pair for casual wear. But I refuse to wear the shoes that ruined my training week  :smh:

Like Swerve, I'd go with the Hot Lavas because they'll be easier to maintain and will look better in the long run (if you even care about that haha)

 I was leaning towards wolf grey and wearing them casually for a while. Then use them as running shoes a few months down the road.

I agree with the maintenance part for the hot lava Cw

:nerd: guess the question is what color would be more readily available in the future :frown: I'm indecisive

I'm suppose to be done with shoes but I kept justifying shoe purchases for working out and running lmfao

Relapse is real fellas

Plantronics Backbeat Fit. They're affordable and provide awesome sound for their price. I got mine from eBay for ~$60 shipped.

Has anyone ever ran with the Nike Run clubs? Always wanted to but closest is in SF and they always on weekdays. I bet the pacers run super fast and I wouldn't keep up lol

its been a struggle lately with the weather. its like 80 degrees during my lunch time runs and i cant finish my 3 miles. im dying by 2 miles. but i think im getting use to the heat. i hit 2.6 yesterday but had to slow my pace significantly to even do it.

i also tried to retire my lunarglide 6 and run in my nike free run 5.0 from 2 years ago while i find a replacement shoe.. i dont know if it was the shoe but i couldnt hang.. and to think i started running in frees. so im back on my LG6. waiting for those pegasus 30 in that white to hit like 30 bucks or something, or just say F it and continue to run in LGs and look for some cheap ones or LG7s

I stopped running outside during my lunch. Suppose to be 97 today during lunch with a high of 108 here. If I can't squeeze in a run in the morning

I have stick to the treadmill during lunch Til it cools down :frown:

Clocked in at 32.06m for my first month running in years.

Feel like I ran too much cause dem shins hurting. Gotta take a week off

I was a "guest" pacer for NTBoston during Marathon weekend.  If SF is run the same (and, it should be), they do a good job of breaking up the pacers to run with the entire group, and usually a pacer is last to sweep up.  They should also have a Saturday long run, but there are options for how long that is.

I definitely recommend it.  Sometimes they let you demo sneakers, too.  I have not done that yet.  But they just opened a Nike Running store closer to my house, and I intend to try them out this summer at some point.

Finished the month at 57.40

Picked up the Zoom Elite 8s today and did 2 miles in those.
They felt awesome compared to the Flyknit Ones I had been using.

Yesterday we had some beautiful weather. Not too hot and I really could breathe better because the humidity wasn't so thick. I took advantage of the day and ran a total of 9.2 miles in 3 runs. My morning run which was 1 mile, lunch run was 2 miles, and my evening run I ran my first 10k (6.2miles) too proud of myself. I always like to end my months with a big run. Last month it was a 4 mile run. So next month I'll be perusing longer runs for sure. Months end I'm at 70.55 miles. I ran a mile today but my body wouldn't let me continue another run.

On the flip side I think I'm gonna copped those Vomero 10's. Especially since I read the reviews and one guy in particular compared them to the Kinvara 5 in 2 separate shoe reviews. I'm really feeling the Kinvaras as I start to run in them more.

Great job man^!

Try not to push yourself too hard. Definitely try and take a rest day the day after you make long runs

Thanks man I will definitely take today off and maybe tomorrow too. Almost forgot to ask. We're you referring to the Vomero 10's messing up your training day. What happen?

I'm really looking forward to SR's review of the Vom10. :nerd:

I ran in the Vomero 4s when I was training for my first 26.2, which I PRed at 3:30. I was able to do a 20mi fresh off the clearance rack. I believe I logged four 20milers in them before the big race. They were so plush! I may bring them back into my active rotation since they only have less than 150mi on them.

Regarding the review, I think they'll score more than an 8 and definitely better than the Vom9. It should be put into consideration that the Vom7, 8 and 9 all have the same sole unit. The 10, on the other hand, has a completely new design. Plus, it utilizes the new elements in Lunarlon and Flymesh. The Vom10 definitely doesn't feel like a traditional pillow tank as the earlier Vomero (models 3 and 4) with all the extra weight. It feels more like a plush luxurious SUV now (if that makes any sense hahah).

BOOM!

Vom10s :nthat:

Laugh all you want, but the Vom3s in that Silver/Red/Black cw are my GRAILS! :nerd:

finally getting back into my routine, did some warmups last week and started July with a quick 3 mile, looking to log 80 this month, 100 next.
