@joeOh29 Right on for the replies. I would say they're more of a BS store than a non-BS store. With a company that has stores in multiple countries, I wouldn't think they would have to hire somebody for customer service; they should already have someone.
Taking money and dodging emails and responding with generic emails when they do is unprofessional. Those are eBay scammer tactics.

If I don't hear from UNDFTD today I'm just calling my bank and disputing the charge....
I don't mind waiting, but the lack of communication is what annoys me..... UNDFTD is usually pretty good when it comes to transactions
when you order, it says to allow up to 5 business days for processing....cool.... unlike a lot of inpatient shoe buyers, who are ready to harass ppl for a tracking number within 48 hours, I have no issue with that policy

i was at disneyland with the fam this past Sat, so i thought i wouldn't have a chance at copping the white bape pair. heard through the grapevine that the la undftd release was insane, didn't even try.
randomly clicked on undftd x bape links, some of ya'll posted up and found out that Haven still had a whtie 10.5 left. looks like i was able to cop just now! thanks @Coolcicada!

Im happy to see that everybody or at least the vast majority of us were able to get pairs online. Its why I rock with Adidas heavy and this thread heavy. Folks not looking for oops just spreading info and engaging each other without being jerks.

The weather is not nice enough for these to come out in the Northeast... weather here sucks, hard.

Hey guys new member here but, long time sneaker collector. I too ordered from their site on the day of release. Used my credit card it it has been charged. No reply to the 3 emails I sent not even a generic email. Also called one of the stores had no idea what else to do. They said that the online store is backed up because of all the new releases. But, still no help. I have read on other forums that some people still got the sneakers without any status update. Has that happened to anyone here?
