Adidas ORIGINALS updates

Those things are wild, not my style, but definitely interesting.
Haha yeah they're pretty wild, but like the name says they're also pretty cool. Definitely will be in my summer rotation. Surprisingly comfy too, I've been so spoiled by boost but when I tried these on I was like yeah gotta cop.

Yea I just got them today with the t-shirt too. Lacombe seems even nicer actually but I didn't want to get something that's too similar to my Hirsch Stan Smith.

AS-350 has a nice and wide fit (figures since it used to be Japan export model) unlike their skateboard line which seems very narrow and tight in general.

I can't seem to find anywhere selling the ZX400 that's part of this Spezial pack.
Seen the ZX400 in the Originals store here in NYC I might pick em up when I go back for the other pair of ClimaCools next week

Im a big fan of adidas spezial. Anybody know when thr primeknit version of the spezial will be released in the us? Its available now at adc uk/eu.

I'm looking for a pair of navy/white Stan Smith in a women's 6 for my niece. Can't seem to find them anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Adidas x Porsche Design Drive Pilot driving shoes. These have the lowest profile midsole out of the entire collection ever.

What kinda tech are u getting with these? I see nothing from the commercial.
There's a CR2042 battery powered CPU controlling a motor under the arch which pulls on a steel cable that is attached to the middle of the heel cushion. There is a magnetic pressure sensor underneath the heel to detect the impact and auto adjust the cushioning on its own. The +/- buttons let you choose a cushioning range.

It comes with a magnetic demo key that you stick into the heel to test the motor.

I could never tell if it's ever working cuz it's really quiet lol! Obviously nobody bought them cuz of the $250 price tag. I got them at the Adidas Outlet for like $99.

DAYUMB!
This is crazy tech for a shoe and to think this came out in 2005. This was waaaay too advance for the sneaker market back then. A little to forward thinking at the time. I hink we still aint ready for this tech now a days. all everyone wants is a pair of kix that tie themselves up
But props for adidas for pushing the bar :pimp:

IIRC adidas_1 was developed in the US, I think Germany was only involved with the marketing.

Back around 2005 it was Air Max 360 vs adidas_1 vs Gel Kinsei but the running community thought it was a joke due to all these shoes being too heavy.

This is why now we see all the shoemakers battling out on lightweight with knitted uppers and new age foam soles.

BTW isn't that 2002 Adidas Clima Cool I see in these posted pix have a jacquard mesh upper? So it's not new to running shoes as Nike and Asics would want us to believe afterall.

Also props to Adidas for having a pressure sensor in the midsole back in 1984 with the Micropacer. Also to me Boost is probably based on the same idea as those tiny balls packed on the heel of the old ZX7000/8000/9000 from the late 80's.

Oh, those are automatic.  Helps that I'm running it, but I'd cop anyway.
