Adidas ORIGINALS updates

There are a good amount of people that .5 down on these, but I haven't. I've gone TTS on all 3 of the pairs I own. Stick with your preferred Adidas size.

Quick question guys, were the Stan Smith OGs released in the US? If they were, anyone have a link to somewhere I can find a US 8 in the Green? Thanks.

I don't think they were. I saw dude in the RF thread mention that but I'm pretty sure he's wrong. Surely someone in here would have caught it, and I've been following the Stans pretty regularly since their return.

These are the same as the ones overseas right?


Wish i had jumped on the ostrich leather ones at packer back when I saw them up... :smh:
 
Regarding the reflective stan smiths, i wear an 8.5 TTS for Nike and Asics GL3s/GLVs, 8 for ZX fluxs but for those I actually sized down to 7.5. Length and width fits perfect.
 
Interesting options for the ZX Flux on miadidas. I'll likely make a pair or two before the Photo App launches next month.

No, these are both the US pairs. Notice the fatter tongue as opposed to the thin stitched one. Not sure why Kith said the heel piece is suede, it's clearly leather.

Here's the overseas pair.. All 4 of the Consortium releases were very similar to these as far as build/shape/materials, too.

Interestingly enough, I follow a guy from Sweden on IG who's one of the biggest Stan Smith heads I've seen (@fysikern) and he actually prefers the US version and says they're truer to the originals.

Agreed, so glad Adidas is doing this. The extra pair of laces are a nice touch too.

Here's some pairs i've made so far, really tempted to order them.
 
Just got the Wish SL Loop in today and they are AMAZING. Very well executed idea. Adidas is killing it this year. Are there any SL Loop Runner '72' left out there?

Thanks for the additional info. I do remember certain retailers carrying the laced version of the climawarm (PYS might still have some of them in stock). Are you located in the US?

I highly doubt it....I wish though because so far that is the only SL Loop CW that I love. I love the look of the sneaker but I don't like the current CW options and I wasn't a fan of the Wish x Adidas Loop. High wishes but I would love for the SL Loop to go to MiAdidas.
 
Most likely going to be the CW I choose for the ZX Flux...once the photo app comes I'll be hoping on that train as well.

Those are solid CWs man! Feel like the shoe has a very summer-y feel to them and those CWs really feel like summer.
