It will probably just be a random time today. That's how finish line typically does for non Jordans/Nike basketball shoes.

I bought a US9 originally when I was first getting into sneakers, wore them and they were too big so I'm glad i've been able to double up with a size 8!

im glad you were able to grab a size that fits you man! i deff cant go a full size down deff need that .5  in the end my 10s arent HUGE just have to lace them tighter.
