If you're talking about the Kayanos retros like the all black or all white ones in the pics above, I find them to run half size bigger than most Nikes and a full size bigger than what I wear in gel Lyte 3s and 5s. So I wear like a sz 10 in most Nikes, a 10.5 in gel Lyte 3s and 5s, a 9.5 in New Balance 998s, and a 9.5 in Kayanos.
