Asics Love?!? Where is it?

Bit late to the party with what I'm about to write, but if koyo's didn't have that damn yellow toe they'd be GLV of the year. They could've gone with a light grey but noooo...just rubs me the wrong way. That yellow toe. The quality of that nubuck is superb, the way the shoe holds its form and the burgundy ughhhh too beautiful.  

With each pic I see of the false flags it feels like I experienced a mirage. Holy ****. The most doctored promo for a shoe I've ever seen. Lost a lot of respect on this one. Black nubuck shows its flaws way too much you can't wear it out in the damn sunlight without feeling insecure (at least I can't). Such a disappointment for me, I was in true denial yesterday for I think the first time in my life. Yes the colorway is still sick, look at my icon....i ******* love black and orange!!! But I can't deal with it, not after dropping $ on the sombras last week.

i was on the fence before when i thought it was leather, now i'm fully comfortable passing. but good luck to everyone else!

they're still flames, just not something i'm desperate for at the moment.

are you a true 12? I got my 11.5 in and its snug width wise, i only put my left shoe on since that is the slightly larger or my two feet. Length wise it was absolutely fine. For reference i don't have a wide foot either. Granted they are new and have not been broken in. If i didn't order the 12.5 i would simply just wear them as it isn't uncomfortable but im waiting on the 12.5 to compare. I know the width will probably be absolutely fine on that pair i just hope the length isn't too long.

My Nike TTS is 11.5, for GLV's I like to .5 up.
I've tried on midnight blooms in 11.5 and they were too snug, I had to get a 12 and have stayed with 12 for GL3's and GLV's.

I am curious how the 12.5 feels length-wise.
I've never tried on a 12.5 GLV. But I think its my best option between 11.5/12.5.

im a 12 all the way around from nike, to jordan to pretty much everything but there are a lot of 11.5s in my collection, but i could still see why you say they are too tight. Length is really the only fear i have about the 12.5 because i know width will be perfect. I put on a 12 yesterday just to get a feel of em again and hopefully the 12.5 is not much bigger. Just wish the shipping wasn't going to take forever. I might not get them till the new year due to vacation.
