They ship in waves and UPS only picks up from them once or twice a week. So when they print your label, it just sits there until it gets picked up by the UPS dude.

The 3 people I have talked to over in Japan are saying when they asked around for the shoe, every store was saying Japanese exclusive, hence the sizes only going up to US12s.
