Chase notified me by text message if I tried purchasing a pair of shoes at an online shoe store. Promptly texted me back after replying 'yes' that the transaction was never completed for fraud reasons... phew!
If people still have the cajones to continue trying their luck.. let me know when you guys start getting invoice confirmations and I'll try my luck again if my size is still in stock, lol!

That's how charge authorizations work- you know how if you use a debit at the pump the station posts up a pending charge of $100 and then after a day or two it goes to the actual total? Has no one dealt with that?

called the bank and cncpts has to reverse the charges... im done with them from now on. id assume i struck out and this is totally not even close to worth the trouble even if i did get a pair.
