Ah ok. Looking at them a little closer though, they're a bit different from the original ones he wore in Game of Death, which had a yellow outsole instead. Still dope though.

yeah the ones i have are the serrano's while the ones bruce lee wore were the tai chi's.

Was it the Tai Chi's or the Mexico 66's? I always thought the Tai Chi's were just what Uma Thurman wore from Kill Bill, and Bruce actually wore the Mexico 66's in Game of Death. 
 
it's hard to tell with watching original footage. i don't see the X overlay on the heel, or the toe bumper of the outsole the mexico 66's have. the asics he has on has a yellow upper, black asics logo, white laces, and white outsole.

you can try to help solve the mystery by watching the movie lol. the scenes with the best shots of his shoes are during the fight with kareem abdul-jabbar.

Yeah, I've seen GoD a few times before just trying to figure out the mystery

. I heard Bruce made some modifications to his pair to match some Adidas that his body double had on or something, so a lot of people just mistake them for yellow Adidas when they watch the movie. I know it's either gotta be the Tai Chis or the Mexico 66s though lol.
 
i saw that colorway too and it reminded me of undftd haha. i was thinking of copping a pair.


anybody know if the ronnie fieg leatherbacks are still releasing? all im seeing now are the salmon toes.

^^^Yup...definitely gonna find a way to get a hold of a pair of those when they release.  I'm pretty sure I saw somewhere the special editions release the 1st week of November and the regular releases are early 2012.  I love the Kayano 17s but I just hope the 18s are released in some better colorways than the 17s.

Hey guys...I was looking at picking up a pair of GT IIs and Gel Lyte Speeds.

I wear a sz 10.5 in Gel Lyte 3s. Would I wear a 10.5 in the GT II or Gel Lyte Speed? I wear a sz 10 in most Nikes.

LMK ASAP - thanks peoples...
 
^It's gonna be within the next 2 months. I want those even more than the Salmon Toes.
 
leatherbacks > salmon toes, though the salmon toes did grow onto me the week before release.
 
Leatherbacks are an absolute right now. I grabbed the Salmon Toes as well just because I actually like Gel-Lyte IIIs as a shoe and the orange toe just seems too dope to pass up on.
 
honestly im new to asics, but those (leatherbacks) are real nice looking. any info on price or release date?
also, wheres a good place online or in NYC to buy other colors of the gel lyte iii's?
