I have both but Koi is lacking in the materials department especially compared to the Roses.

Roses would def be easier to replace though.

f**kin 1st world problems. i've havent had a feel of the koi's materials. but i know the rose's suede/nubuck is top notch imo.

Koi suede feels like urban camos in you have those. Pretty disappointing in that aspect. 

CW is amazing though

So the suede on my pair of Kois feels nice and soft but it feels thick or stiff...something is off. I feel like if i wear them once they will be badly creased. Fantastic colorway tho. 
 
If anyone gets a lead as to who is releasing the HAL Medic online please let me know aka list it here. I need these
