Asics Love?!? Where is it?

Came back home from 72-10 raffle hunting to these. The suede is nice and the box is great of course. I went half size up (size 9) but they definitely fit a tiny bit bigger than GLIII and GLV so they're more comfortable IMO. Not sure if I'm gonna keep them because of the PSNY releasing this week, but we'll see.

I guess I would need a size 12 instead of 13 in the Cncpts receptors. I went 1/2 size up from my Nike size

Man was ready to hop on those Hanons on eBay for sub $350, but the 10.5 is up to like $420! Was gonna be my self Christmas gift.

Got these recently and have been wearing them everyday since. Gotta make the most of no-snow Chicago.

I feel like Hanons still have some dropping to do on the resell market, i can grab for $285 shipped right now, but im expecting them to drop into the $250-$275 shipped range like every other 25th (12-13 sizes) $275 was my max originally but wondering if I should pull the trigger for $10 more to secure a pair or hold out to save another $10-$30.
Bucks are still my favorite and they dropped to $260 when i copped.
Thoughts?

You must be going after a larger size. If you can get them for $285, take it now. Even if these happen to drop below that (but I don't think they will), there won't be many for that price and you're better off securing it now for a bit more.

If you haven't all ready, I'd call the carrier's customer service line to see if they can look into what the deal is.

I think you're right, probably best not to get greedy, especially knowing what smaller footers are paying, yeah im in the 12-13 range.

Theres a DS 11 for $185 shipped on ebay (not mine), could probably get it invoiced for $165 or so.
I saw them as low as $150 shipped a while back in my size range. I dont think they were the big hit resellers were hoping for.

Fellow big footer here and I'd agree with you. It seems that most of those who are holding big sizes are nowhere near that size range so they have no choice but sell. Most of the sought after 25th have settled between 250 - 300 and I'm waiting until January (which is usually brutal in terms of sales) to see if I can get the price I want. If resellers want more by then, I'll just move on.

I'd agree also. One thing I've noticed is that the asics aftermarket crowd in general is a small one. Aside from Kois, every other release settled at around that $250-$275 mark....and think back to the hype around release time for some of these releases (Mita, DB, Cncpts, HAL). Part of me hopes this is the case but also there's a part of me that thinks ppl are extra proud of the Hanons just like the Kois.
