Anyone lc for me? I feel pretty confident about em tho. I would say the karaokes are cleaner as far as symmetry and that sort of thing but otherwise they are very similar.

I actually have Bait in the top half of the 25th anniversary releases... Which isn't saying much. But they're doing somewhat better with their Asics

I mean based on the stories I've heard from some friends, Ronnie will be a **** in person to employees/owners of the shops he doesn't like, Bait being one of them. So I guess it's more of a "**** this guy" sort of thing.
Yeah it's all pretty insignificant, I just remember being told this cause I thought, that's kinda exactly how I expect a guy like Fieg to act

I totally get it. I just don't understand why that type of talk would seep into customer's ears on Bait's end. It should be kept behind the scenes. I've heard comments about RF only being on because of colors and other phase 1 hate. The guy was dropping bangers for years before Bait ever touched a GL3. With that being said, I've always hoped Bait would put on for California. I've always hoped the next collab release will erase all the past mediocre projects from my memory, but they never do. The shoes always have some weird quirky addition that stops it from being the staple release it needs to be. Whether it's like weird metal on the shoe reminiscent of a screen you'd put in a weed pipe in middle school, or just materials that don't pop the greatest when placed together or even needing to be baby oiled to look right. Something is always off. There's a disconnection from fashion awareness in my eyes.
I'll praise them for trying things out and being different. I think the DB store is very unique and in a lane of its own with stores of that kind. If anyone hasn't gone that's reading this check it out. The people are very friendly and it really feels like the true family vibe Kith waves the flag of. For people into art, the upstairs always has goodies. They occasionally have art events and used to have car meets, though I'm not sure if the meets are still happening. You can find a lot of stuff lingering the shelves waiting to make your day on random visits.
Sorry for the excessive post, but I figured I'd try to be fair and give credit towards both shops. I could only wish both sides try to be leaders in this scene and let go of the bs, to provide the best they could for buyers. I think Bait Ideas with RF executions would be crazy. I also think Concepts x Kith is something that could be powerful and make a lot of people happy. Who knows... Asics needs something more in 2016 than GR bootleggs of past collabs.
