maybe not the first episode but he at some point did attend college as far as what kinda school or what he was taking iuno if it was or wasnt a law school and or if he had taken law classes... it didnt really say specify. Hell it didnt even i dont think ever show the name or where he even went to undergrad school.

I don't think he should tell her at all. It gives her too much leverage. At this point everyone who knows about it actually cares about the well being of the firm one way or another she wouldn't. He just needs to rehire her and lie.

The husband, the wife (she's hot but the character annoys me), his job. I feel this premise would do a whole lot better with a different cast and better writing.
When they have trailers that play right after the season finale, they ALWAYS use clips of past seasons that are edited in a way that make the viewer believe it is a future storyline. That trailer you saw was no different.
