Dude that's awesome. If you don't mind answering, Id love to know how you got into the farming business?
It's a long story but basically early in college I was lost and had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. My roommate started a garden and I loved it but didn't think I could make a career out of it. Eventually got an internship at an organic farm and after graduation got a job as a hydroponic greenhouse manager. I still have that job but now I'm doing this side business catering to high end chefs. I'm also halfway through my masters degree in agronomy. It's tough work but I love it. I don't want to sell fresh veggies my whole life, it's just not profitable enough. So I want to use this angle of growing the best food to open up my own restaurants and things like that.
