But honestly, I can see what Nico was trying to do... he was trying to force Lewis wide and onto the outside curbs to compromise his exit. Lewis has done this to Nico many times (with success... USGP and Japanese GP 2015 for starters). The problem this time is that Nico got it wrong big-time.
Anyway... slap on the wrist penalty for him... lucky boy... could have been a lot worse.

He definitely lucked out with the punishment.
What made me laugh is how he hugged the line to not let Hamilton back on track
I know he was trying to shut the door like Lewis did when defending but you have to turn
