has anyone received a letter from nike saying they'll no longer process returns?

i've been sending shoes back for a few years, but on my last return on 2 pairs of shoes, they sent me an additional letter saying they'll no longer accept the returns because my claims seem to be false.
in the past...i've sent back Jordan CPs for popped air max bubbles on both shoes playing ball, prestos for ripping on the pinky toe side around the toe guard, free 3.0s for ripping at the pinky toes as well, and hyperdunks and HD2010s for popped zoom bubble at the heel...
i mean...im 5'9" and 150lbs...size 9 shoes. it's not like im overweight for my shoe size or anything.

i understand they need to make money, but...now they're not standing behind their products?
 
ive only sent in 2 shoes and never got a letter but then again it was the Kobe V's in which the sides ripped open so mine werent false.
 
well if i was nike i would have sent u that letter 2...... u popped zoom units in 2 different hyperdunks..... how did u do that with ur small frame..... lebron doesnt even pop his zoom units...... u must b popping them ur self with pins or something fam..... and if nike feels as if ur doing this they will send u the letter....
 
take the L OP....you were BSing nike...literally wearing the shoes, fn them up and sending them back claiming a defect...what are the chances one person (esp. at 5'9 and 150lbs at that) can have that many popped air units in different shoes or ripped material?
 
Nike got tired of yo a**....

you're beating up shoes, ripping, popping, etc.... and you expect a return/money back......

if i was BSing, i wouldnt be asking if anyone else has received the letter, since the letter would be appropriate in that case. and im pretty sure if i was popping zoom units w/ pins, they would be able to tell. there's no holes in the outsole or through the inside of the shoe. i haven't done anyting in the shoes that i shouldnt have been. maybe shot around in the frees/prestos and for the basketball shoes...nothing but basketball. i dont even put my shoes on till im on hardwood floors. im just asking if anyone else has received similar letter.

any nike tennis shoe or basketball shoe i've had w/ air max in the heel always popped. in the case of the CPs, they last 2 months...i've had similar problems w/ 2 pairs of Breathe Free IIs playing tennis.
to be honest, i dont know how it happened with the heel zoom on the hyperdunks...one day it just went flat. no joke. hyperdunk 2010s, i played outdoors in them once because i forgot to bring outdoor shoes...flat.
as far as im concerned w/ the ripped materials....im pretty sure it's common w/ the prestos. saw a thread on here about a year ago with the same thing. similar thing happened with the frees...the inner liner ripped first exposing my sock through the mesh, then the outer mesh tore a little bit.

yeah...im not big or heavy, but is it surprising that a shoe rips or air bubbles pop? any nike shoe i've had whether it falls within that 2 year window or not has always torn or deflated. the only reason i couldnt wear my beloved zoom bb's anymore was because there was a tear halfway around the shoe around the ankle.
 
i've returned 2 pairs of lunarglide 2s in the span of about a month. both had the same issues, torn flywire on the sides. both of the time, i only got the voucher, no extra letter.
 
People only get that letter if Nike believes you have sent too much for replacements or vouchers or believe you are taking advantage of their system. Its not something people are suppose to do on the regular as 95% of shoes are not suppose to last more than 6-8 months if they are used for their purpose on the regular.

Nike's 2 year manufacture warranty is for factory defects, so I doubt you have had 5+ defective shoes purchases from Nike. That is just either completely bad luck or its YOU thats the problem.
 
breathe free 2s are different. i've had air max bubbles pop on those too but on my free 3.0s, i just walked around in them with a little bit of shooting around here and there.

anyway, i guess if Nike feels that way, then that's what it is...anyway, thank you all for your input.
 
I had a friend that used to do this...info on the way to send back shoes? I got some jordan 3's that I popped the air bubble.
 
your claims seem to be a bit excessive, that's alot of shoes

it's like car insurance, if you file alot of claims real or not, you're getting dropped

you were better off taking them to the store depending on time from purchase

You're trying to scam free shoes. They caught on. Deal with it.
 
When they think your trying to scam them, and sending in that many pairs they will protect themselves, so yeah thats why you got a letter.
