" I’m sure I wasn’t the only one wondering why hasn’t there been a Lunar
basketball shoe, welp prayers answered. Here’s the first look of the
Nike Lunarflow Hypergamer. I took these to the court this morning for a
little shoot around and I was impressed. These will go down in history
of as one of thee best basketball shoes ever I think. Look for these later this year."

^^^ i agree with andfattoo. need better colorways.

design looks interesting. almost reminds me of the lebron vi. interested to see how the tech setup feels and holds up over time.

thanks for the pics and info, bib10!

I think this shoe should be used for unique colorways. Don't let it become victim to typical color schemes. I like the camo. Why not have a shoe that doesn't have to be reduced to being the standard fare?

I just hope these shoe's aren't too soft. I need some stability with my sneaks. They have potential.

Intredasting.  They are probably really light and comfortable, but it seems like a lunar midsole would bottom out and stay that way.

Cant wait to try em on the court. whats the release date?? so many shoes comin out later this year!!!! stealth 14's, black cement 3's, concords, these......shiyyt

Zoom>>any cushioning system Nike has put out. Lunar bottoms out way too quickly for me and its too mushy. Theres a reason Zoom is the #1 cushioning set up for basketball shoes over a decade since its inception.

I'm sure they've tweaked the lunarlite compound for ball... If they didn't... let's
just say these would suck @**
but so far, I'm really curious.

Ty, please do a review man... or have you already done one?

I thought the whole issue with Lunar and basketball shoes is that it bottoms out after prolonged wear... like the Kobe IV!

Am I wrong?

They're LunarLons tho... The lunar used isn't the same as the first/early releases of Lunar running trainers/shoes and as the Hyperdunk 09 & ZK 4s.
That thick midsole will not bottom out as quickly for sure...

A lot of runners love Lunar. From what they tell me, they buy the shoe and break it in, and after their marathons, they throw them away.

But I bet this shoe will feel amazing... But it's def not a classic. Maybe with a better design
