Slightly related, but I really don't like boxy handwriting and most girls I know tend to have that type of handwriting.
I also prefer cursive or a hybrid of cursive and print.

Must be one of the few. Maybe I haven't met many left handers, but my hand writing and my friends is chicken scratch. 
WORST EVAR.
 
My hand writing is horrible I am a lefty I cant see what I am writing cause my hand i in the way. When I adjust to look at what I am doing my hand smears what I am writing. Technology FTW

Mine's not actually that bad, only problem is you can tell a kid wrote it and sometimes it's so swoopy and connected you'd think you were looking at a cursive-print hybrid

This irritates the hell outa me. I have never seen a girl with bad hand writing.

My grandma had me doin hand writing exercises all the time when I was little and my !%** still looks like Calvin and Hobbs.
 
my handwriting is beautiful. and it HAS to be perfect, because i love the way it looks when i have a full page of perfect handwriting.
guys are sloppy with their handwriting.
 
I don't understand how people in college could have been practicing something as simple as penmanship for 20+ years and fail miserably at it.

I try to write with my hand under to not smear, but it makes my wrist start achin. Write above and I'm painting shadows:smh:
 
I'm a girl and my handwriting is horrible. I like my signature tho. It has character.
 
for those of you struggling writing in the lines you never used your off finger to keep yourself in check. i did this as a kid so im kinda stuck with the habit for long term writing.
 
I have really neat printing. I'm also one of those people who color-codes their notes with different colored pens and highlighters. For exams and stuff I'll use black but all my class notes are in a seizure-inducing combo of neon colors. Makes them stand out more to me.

My handwriting is neat, but my dad says I handwrite like an 8 year old.

It's not slanted and it's really rounded and loopy. Whaturr though I like it.
 
That is a wild style, Danz. Unique.

What about word art?

I have probably spent whole weeks of my life writing my name in print, cursive, word art, autograph, etc., and making new logos of existing companies for no reason. Always doodling. My symmetry is money, but I can't actually draw for !+%*.
