Hey Tide, just checking to see if you'd be able to help me out.
I currently have the triple play, and am paying $220 a month, but wanna change it up if possible...ex: NOT pay $42 for a phone i dont use...its just for emergency.

I'm trying to get an HD box, but they keep messing with me. The store in Alameda keeps saying they can only reserve ten per day? The hell is that?? My dad called and they said they'll send a box but there's no way of knowing if it's a reg one or HD??? It just doesn't make sense.

Can you help me? Thanks.
 
What do i need to do to get a new modem for my internet.

And what is this i hear about "throttling" internet speed? My internet keeps cutting out on me from time to time.

you can swap it out at the nearest cable store to you

  
 
^^ If you need to upgrade a cable box, head down to the nearest cable store and they can swap it for you at no additional cost. If you're adding a new cable box onto the acct, it's 8.00
