Lol I actually typed this out for something else so I got you:

Kanye endorsed Trump in that weird rant on tour before the Pablo tour got shut down cuz he was having health issues. Mid-late September 2016.

Kanye visited Trump at Trump Tower in fall/winter 2016

Kanye said he loved Trump on Hot 97 in April 2018

Kanye talked about his political views and supporting Trump with Charlamagne in a May 2018 interview

Same day he went to TMZ later and said slavery was a choice May 2018

Kanye dropped Ye and Kids See Ghosts in I think June 2018

Kanye went on Kimmel in August 2018 and supported Trump and Kimmel asked him what Trump has done for the black community and Kanye couldn't come up with anything: “You so famously and so powerfully said ‘George Bush doesn’t care about black people.’ It makes me wonder, what makes you think that Donald Trump does?” To which Yeezy followed with an extended pause, prompting Jimmy to order the show to take a commercial break.

September 2018: Kanye debuts the MAGA hat
October 2018: Kanye visits the white house with Jim Brown and tells Trump putting on the MAGA hat makes him feel like a super hero

July 2019: Kanye gets Trump to get A$AP Rocky out of a Swedish jail and brought back to the U.S.

July 2019: Kanye says he's running for president

July 2020: Kanye says he's done with Trump

Big Ye fan, but appreciate him from afar now-a-days and think your post is spot on. I haven't seen or been able to grasps onto a glimmer of hope in a while now.

Again, appreciate him from afar now so my timeline may be off, but:
Even after his "slavery was a choice" comments, he actually went on my (and his) hometown radio station and apologized (and cried) about the hurt his comments may have caused.

I'm sure he did more **** **** in-between, but he did the turn to gospel music as well which felt like a positive development.

But since then? Not one piece of info or report of actions that could make me feel like "Old Kanye" is still there. Dude seriously seems like a horrible person now-a-days, through and through.

Honestly? I think he just doesn’t rate Cole.

Cole fans have been trying to create competition between the two since 2013 and Kanye has always just ignored it and him.
