While on the one hand I can appreciate him trying to right some of his wrongs, the term "self serving" once again comes to mind.

Sounds like this album is a complete 180 from the last one. Not mad at that though :lol:

He uses his collaborations well so I'll reserve judgement til I hear it. And yes All Day sounds like MBDTF for people who love that.

Nowhere did I comment on what the collaborations might sound like.

I just think it's funny he's suddenly making amends with/apologizing to A-list Pop stars while trying to get them to be on his new album.

Yo so I finally decided to hear some of this Travis Scot dudes tracks. I know he's been linked to Kanye for a couple of years. Just off a couple of songs I'm pretty much hearing a yeezus album. Smh so who inspired who????

travis said the song on yeezus that he worked on the most was new slaves or somethin along those lines

yeezus came out before DBR and if you listen to owl pharoah which came out before both it sounds alot different from DBR/yeezus
 
thanks for the info. For some reason just didn't feel anything travis scot just off videos i saw. Especially recently where he is wildin out on kanye's recent performances. . maybe thats why i was biased. :nerd:

It's a trade off. I think sonically...Travis influenced the sound of Kanye's style around Yeezus. Travis is "influenced" by alot of ****** when it comes to rapping. Listening to Travis Scott...you're likely to hear a carbon copy of Kanye, Future, or Young Thug at any given moment. Sometimes all three in one song.
